3. Reservations and Enquiries
- Reservation and contact requests submitted through the Site are enquiries only and are not confirmed until acknowledged by our team via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Please ensure the contact details you provide (name, phone number, email) are accurate so we can reach you to confirm, modify, or decline your request.
- We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or reschedule a reservation at our discretion, including in cases of no-shows, incomplete information, or capacity constraints.
- Any specific policies communicated at the time of confirming a reservation (e.g., timing windows, large-party requirements, cancellation notice) form part of your booking arrangement with us.
4. Third-Party Ordering Platforms
Food ordering and delivery are handled through third-party platforms, including Careem, Talabat, Deliveroo, and Keeta. These platforms are independent of Arashiyama and are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, pricing, delivery times, or conduct of these third-party platforms. Any dispute relating to an order placed through such a platform should be directed to that platform in the first instance.
5. Menu, Pricing, and Availability
- Menu items, descriptions, prices, and images shown on the Site are for general information and may change without notice.
- Dishes shown are illustrative; actual presentation may vary.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that all content on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.
- If you have food allergies or dietary requirements, please inform our staff directly before dining or ordering, as we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens or cross-contamination.
